Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Entegris.
Rotational Engineer
The interview process was pretty smooth, with a big focus on my resume and background. It started with an HR phone screen, then a technical interview with a panel, and finally a behavioral interview with leadership. All in all, it felt like a fair process and they got back to me pretty quickly.
- Can you share an example of a time you showed leadership or made a significant change in a past role?
Engineer
The interview process has three steps: first a phone screen with HR, then a call with the hiring manager, and finally an onsite interview. Most of the interview questions are behavioral (95%) with only a little technical discussion. The HR team was really bad though, they didn't call when they said they would, and they gave me updates super late. It took over a month to hear back after the final interview, and they don't answer emails. You'll need a lot of patience if you apply here.
- Do you have any experience with six sigma?
Engineering Co-Op
Online Interview with RAISE Martin which can be taken in your own time. Asks questions about your experiences and skills. A bit of time will be given before each of the questions to think about the response (about 30 seconds)
- Tell me about a time you faced a challenge and how you overcame it.
