Chemical Technician
So the first interview was a phone call. They asked me why I wanted to join the team and talked about my qualifications and experiences. A few days later, I got an email to set up the second round. This was a panel interview with the team I'd be working with, and they dug deeper into my qualifications and experiences and asked some personality questions too.
