Behavioral Technical

The interview process started with an introduction and a review of my resume. It was mainly focused on my projects and previous experience relevant to the role. This is an instructional designing role, pretty similar to what you'd find in edtech companies, with a focus on analysis and the core domains for courses.

So I had an interview for a BA Intern role. The questions were avg and easy. The staff behavior was very RUDE, they acted like they owned the company and I was a servant. I got the offer, but I didn't join because of their rude behavior and the toxic work culture.

So the first thing was like a intro round where they just asked me resume questions and also some questions about the domain I'm in. Then, the second round was a Machine Learning task, I had to provide a solution within 24 hours. The last round was a HR round where they just confirmed relocation.

Behavioral Technical

HR called me first for a telephonic interview, then I had an online virtual interview for the technical round. After that, HR called me back saying I got selected and we talked about salary. She said she'd send the offer letter in the morning and I'd have to join by Monday. But the next day, she was confused about the hiring process and said there would be one more discussion with a different hiring manager. That call turned out to be a rejection, and the manager was in a rush to end it. Total waste of candidates' time, very unprofessional.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • What is your experience with product details?
  • Can you describe your experience in sales?
