Applied through aspiring minds and got called for an interview at their Bangalore office. Started with a Group Discussion (GD) about the impact of modern technology, where 3 out of about 15 candidates moved forward. Then, there was a round involving email writing and aptitude tests. The email part was okay, but the aptitude test was really tough, with very little time given (30 questions in 30 mins), mostly focusing on quant. Thankfully, I passed that because there were no negative marks. Next up was a programming test. It had 4 questions; the first two had to be done in K language, and for the next two, we could choose any language for one question. This test was quite challenging, and I didn't make it through. Finally, there was an HR round. Overall, it was a great experience interviewing with the company. The employees seemed really happy and cheerful, with flexible rules and a relaxed environment. The office is compact but busy, fitting about 50-70 employees comfortably. It would have been a fun place to work if I had been selected.

The interview process included a group discussion (GD), an email writing task, an aptitude test, and a technical test. I applied for both the technical consultant and research analyst roles. It's important to speak up during the GD and prepare thoroughly for the technical test. The aptitude section had time-consuming questions related to profit and loss, and other basic aptitude problems.
