Business Development Associate
It was a smooth interview process. The management cooperated very well and didn't pressure me. It was all over a smooth process, a good experience in the interview with basic questions of self intro, necessary skills for BDA role etc.
- Can you introduce yourself and talk about your internships?
Business Development Manager
It's a long process but definitely worth the effort, not like those quick interviews that lead to rejection. It's very thorough and aligns well with your past experiences. I really liked the detailed nature of the interview.
- Besides technical and product skills, what other qualities are essential for a salesperson?
Business Development Associate
So there were 5 rounds in total. First was a Group Discussion where we had to discuss if MNC Companies are good or bad for India. The second round was an Aptitude and Email Writing test. The aptitude questions were IBPS PO level, quite difficult, but the email writing part was about marketing, so that was easy. Round 3 was a Sales Pitch, where I had to demonstrate a course to a customer who was difficult to impress. Then came the Face to Face with the Sales Head in Round 4, which was very professional and he didn't smile at all, very hard to impress. I didn't make it to the final round, getting rejected after the 4th round.
- Why did you choose sales instead of programming?
- In a crisis, would you prioritize your family or the company?
- What is one word that best describes you?
