I had a very bad experience with both the walk-in and normal drives. I attended the interview on Sept 15, 2025. They couldn't manage the crowd and had no experience in handling it, which made candidates very frustrated and pushed them out. They didn't even collect resumes and didn't allow candidates to use the restroom or buy food during lunch or breakfast. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

The interview process had a total of 4 rounds. It started with a Technical round, then two more Technical rounds, followed by a Managerial round, and finally an HR round. My experience with ECI was very bad; they wasted my time. I cleared all the technical rounds but was rejected for job switching. If employers offered a better hike and work-life balance, employees might stay longer.

It's a bummer when you find out the negative reviews were spot on. Some companies still try to pull fast ones, but I'm good at spotting sketchy stuff. I was supposed to meet three different people, but ended up meeting 'hiring managers' who weren't even in my area, and it was super late for them, which shows how they treat their staff. The interview was pretty standard, though they had to reschedule last minute, cutting down our time. I asked the interviewers what got them into the field, and when they dodged the question, that was a huge red flag for me. How can I trust them if I can't even get to know them a bit? I would have passed even if offered the job because of this and other weird vibes. My recruiter also seemed shady and nervous, trying way too hard to sell the job even when I gave intentionally bad answers. It's clear they've sold their souls; it's a 'get in, get out' kind of place, or just move on. Mental health is important, and they clearly don't get that.
