I had a very bad experience with both the walk-in and normal drives. I attended the interview on Sept 15, 2025. They couldn't manage the crowd and had no experience in handling it, which made candidates very frustrated and pushed them out. They didn't even collect resumes and didn't allow candidates to use the restroom or buy food during lunch or breakfast. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

The interview process was really good and smooth. First, there was a phone interview where I talked about my skills and experience. Then, I had two more interviews in person where I met with team members and we talked more about the project and the job. I liked talking with them and learned a lot about the company.

First, they collected resumes. Then there was a self-introduction and a group discussion. After that, a technical interview with the team lead happened. This was followed by a discussion with human resources and then a salary discussion. If you messed up, there was a 6-month cooling-off period. They were always looking for walk-in candidates. As far as I know, interviews were only conducted via walk-in.
