The interview was pretty smooth and well-organized. The person interviewing me asked stuff that was on point with the job description, which was good for showing what I can do. The interview moved at a good speed, so it felt like a solid conversation.

A job agent reached out and screened me with about 10 technical questions. The next day, HR called to discuss my work history and asked over 10 more technical questions. A week later, I met with the local office director and a client relationship manager for a 1.5-hour interview involving many scenario-based questions. The following week, I had an interview with the client technology manager, which lasted about 2.5 hours and included numerous technical and scenario questions. Finally, I had an hour-long Skype call with the director of international operations, who asked many technical questions. The interview process was lengthy but overall a good experience. The staff at Eze Castle were friendly, though the technical questions were challenging. I didn't accept the offer because I received another one, but I think Eze Castle would be a good place to work.
