I went through 4 interviews, each about 30 minutes long. First, there was a casual HR call to chat about my experience and availability. Then, I spoke with my potential manager who went over the role and expectations, and I got to ask plenty of questions. After that, I had a chat with the VP of marketing that was very conversational and more about my personality than the job itself. Finally, two future colleagues explained their roles and how I'd fit in to help them. My main takeaway is that DreamWorks values people who can do the work but also have a fun personality.

It was a really long interview process. First, I had a phone call with the Recruiter. Then, I had a video interview with two of the Hiring Managers. After that, I had a video interview with three people on the Team. In total, I interviewed with 6 people. The Recruiter and one of the team members told me the interview process went well on their end, but I didn't hear back even though they chose another candidate, which I thought was pretty rude if I was a candidate running.
