Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at DreamWorks Animation.
Internal Auditor
Had an initial chat with HR, they were really nice and responsible. Then I spoke with the Internal Audit Director, which was a pretty chill and friendly conversation. It wasn't super technical, I don't recall the exact questions though.
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Internal Auditor
I sent in my application online and then got a call for an interview pretty quickly, like the next week. The people interviewing me were really cool and friendly. They mostly asked me about my resume and what I thought about the market right now. It felt more like a casual chat than a formal interview, very laid-back.
- Can you apply your Macroeconomics knowledge to discuss the current US market?
Internal Audit Intern
The process was super fast. I only had one phone interview, and then unfortunately I didn't make it to the second round.
- What are your career aspirations?
