Software Engineer
They asked basic questions on any language I know and some basic programs related to that language. Overall, it was a good experience, a great company to start for both freshers and experienced folks.

Marketing
Got a super fast call back from a really friendly recruiter who sent over a link for a HireVue interview, which is pretty much just recording yourself on video. Next up was a short phone call with the hiring manager to ask any questions I had. They checked out my videos and got a feel for who I was. The main event was a 3-hour in-person interview at the office. I got to shadow someone, see the office vibe, and then they took me to a Walmart to actually sell products to shoppers. They walked me through a sales pitch, explained the script and how to approach people. After a few questions, they decided if I could hack it and sent me on my way. Apparently, the CEO gets my performance review and calls a few hours later with the job offer decision. This role is all about sales, even if you move up to management. If you don't like sales or talking to people, this probably isn't it. The office has a ton of energy and the team seems awesome.
- What skills do you think are necessary for effective leadership?
- Can you share three of your personality traits that would make you a strong candidate for this position?
Sales and Marketing Associate
If you get picked for an interview, you'll head to their office. The HR Manager will meet you for a brief 5-minute chat to get to know you. If you move on, you'll join an Account Manager out in the field. You might grab a drink or a bite while they explain the pay, how promotions work, and the company's opportunities. Afterward, you'll go with them to a retail spot and watch them market DirecTV. They might even ask you to try pitching a few people to see how you handle it or if you enjoy it. Once they think you get the job, you can ask any questions you have, and that's the end of the interview. You'll hear back later that day about a potential offer.
- What are your thoughts on sales?
Sales Associate
It was a 2-part interview. The first part was with the manager, and it was pretty straightforward. I had to fill out a form before coming in, and then she asked me about my availability. That was it, super easy. The second part was more involved. I was paired up with an associate, and we went for coffee where we had a more in-depth conversation about me and my future goals. Then, I was given a brochure with all the details about the job and got to ask all my questions. The final step was going on-site to see what the job is actually like.
- What are your aspirations for this role?
- Can you share something about yourself that isn't on your resume?
