It was a pretty chill process. They made me feel super comfortable the whole time. First, we had a quick phone chat, like 20 minutes. Then I met with the owner/manager. It felt like he mainly wanted to see my personality and if I'd vibe with the team. After that, I shadowed someone, which involved going out and watching them sell for a whole day.

The interview process was simple and easy to apply for. The job title was a little misleading because you will be selling Direct TV services in a box store. I felt as though they describe the job as something different than it truly is. If you are a recent college grad I recommend you don't waste your time.

After I sent in my resume, I got a call for a phone interview. Then, they asked me to come in for an in-person interview. It was with two partners at the local Starbucks. We met at the office in Atlanta first, and then we went out into the field where they showed me what a typical sales day looks like.
