Behavioral Technical Presentation

Got a call from DMC and chatted about what job I was looking for and my future goals. Then they invited me for an interview the next week. When I got to the office, nobody was at the front desk, so I waited about 5 minutes. A staff member then gave me an application with questions like listing and ranking marketing types, and describing the marketing process. The interview itself went well; the interviewer was nice and open about the job's demands. He was pretty vague about pay, travel, and benefits. The role involves direct customer interaction, going into stores like Walmart and Best Buy to sell Direct TV packages. I asked about employee turnover, but he didn't give a clear answer. About two hours after the interview, I was asked to come back for a third round to shadow someone, but I decided it wasn't the right fit for me and declined.

Behavioral Presentation Other

When DMC Atlanta first got in touch, I had a phone call where they immediately highlighted what they liked about my resume, making me feel genuinely interested. After scheduling, I met the VP of development, who was very professional and asked unique questions. I really enjoyed that the second round was a job shadow, giving me a feel for the daily tasks.

Behavioral

I applied through my college career center and got a call for a phone interview just a couple days later. It was a quick 'getting to know you' type of interview that lasted about 20 minutes, with mostly behavioral questions. It was pretty upfront and professional. They then asked me to come in for a second interview, which I set up for a couple weeks away. I got offered a position during the third interview and I'm really excited to start after I graduate in May.
