It was a fun and informative interview. First, there was a group session with other applicants, then one-on-one chats with current employees at Starbucks in a relaxed environment. After that, we visited their retail locations (Walmart/Best Buy) to see the job in action. A heads-up: they don't clearly explain the sales associate role until the in-person interview. It involves standing in stores like Best Buy or Walmart and selling products to customers. So, if that sounds good, go for it! If not, be cautious.

I had a quick first interview and then got invited back the next day for another one. The people I met were very nice and professional. In the second interview, I got to observe the sales process firsthand. They gave me a straightforward yet comprehensive overview of the job. The office was easy to get to, and the staff there were really helpful in sending clear directions, including what to wear and what to bring, along with confirmation emails for my interviews.

I went through online video rounds that didn't reveal much about the company until the third round. They initially contacted me about a marketing job, but after several rounds where they shared minimal information, I realized it was actually a sales role where I'd be in stores selling to customers.
