The interview was done over the phone. They asked about 6 questions in total. The first was about introducing myself and my motivation for joining the college program. Then, they asked about handling a situation with an angry guest when a ride breaks down and they've waited a long time. I was also asked about the role I'd be best suited for and why. Lastly, there was a question about improving the experience for out-of-town guests.

The interview process for the quick service food and beverage worker job was pretty simple. I had one phone interview and then another one over Zoom. After the second interview, there was a background check. Both interviews were really basic, mostly asking about my strengths and weaknesses. They also presented me with some real-life scenarios related to the job and asked how I'd deal with them. The whole thing, from applying to getting the job offer, took about a month.

The interview process was pretty standard. After the interview, the HR called me about an offer, but with a downgraded title. I said I needed to think about it. I called back and said I'd accept if they met my salary expectations. The HR said they'd check internally and get back to me. A week went by with no response. I called them multiple times but couldn't reach anyone. I emailed to ask for an update, and after another week, the HR finally replied that they were still reviewing. But I heard nothing more. For such a big company, their handling of this was really disappointing and unprofessional. That HR person didn't show any respect, not calling back or replying to emails. They should have at least let me know the final decision.
