The whole process took four months. It kicked off with a screening call where I mostly talked about myself and my background. A couple of weeks after that, they set up an onsite interview. This was a round table with HR and four managers at different levels, mainly to see if I was a good culture fit. I chatted about myself and my experiences, and it was pretty relaxed. Then, I did a site walk and the hiring manager quizzed me on some small observational things.

The interview process was quick and easy. It mostly tested Disney knowledge, like the number of parks and characters, and how you work with children. It wasn't very technical since it was for the Disney cultural program. I passed to the next round but didn't continue because I got a better offer.
