The first step was an online interview lasting about 15 minutes, where I had to introduce myself and talk about my past work experience. The interview was conducted in English. The second step was an in-person interview with the department director. This part was also in English, but they also used Chinese for some more in-depth questions.

Retail Marketing Specialist
The first interview is with HR. You'll start with a self-introduction and then answer some questions based on your CV. The HR person will then talk about the team, job details, overtime, and the next steps. There will be a Q&A section, and they'll ask about your salary needs and start date.

Management Trainee
Online assessment Problem Solving - This task focuses on assessing participants' logical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Present a real-life problem or scenario that requires them to analyze the situation and come up with a solution. - Participants should provide a step-by-step approach or suggest possible strategies to tackle the problem. - Evaluate their responses based on the clarity of their reasoning and the effectiveness of their proposed solution. - This task helps assess participants' ability to think critically and apply problem-solving techniques in practical situations.
