Financial Analyst
The interview process had 3 rounds. It started with an HR call, then a quantitative test, followed by an interview with the corporate finance director and manager. The HR person was really helpful and the process was quick. However, the job description could have been clearer, or the finance team should have better briefed HR about the role because I didn't fully grasp the position until I spoke with the director, which caught me off guard during the interview.
