Graduate Trainee
First, there was an online assessment that took about 30 minutes and included numerical reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving questions. There was also a video question asking you to introduce yourself and explain your interest. Second, there was a group interview.

The interview process included a psychometric assessment, an individual pre-filmed video, a video interview, and an assessment centre. The whole process felt pretty well-paced. They asked a mix of personal questions and questions about the industry.

The final interview took 2 hours and had 3 sessions: negotiation, a case study, and a presentation. It was a really packed interview process that tested problem-solving skills and required a quick response. You definitely need to prepare before going in.
