I got contacted by their recruiting staff on LinkedIn. I did an initial HR interview and then spoke with the hiring manager for the position. She seemed new to interviewing and mostly asked about my experience related to the job, and the interview was quite short, maybe 10-15 minutes. Then, I had an hour-long interview with the Department Head. After that, I didn't hear back for a few weeks. I later found out they ended up hiring for the Department Head role and are still looking for someone for the role I applied for.

The interview process started with a written test and an HR interview. The written test was about real-life situations related to your daily work and was quite straightforward if you have experience in the field. The HR interview felt more like a casual conversation. Following that, there was an interview with the line manager, where they asked many questions about how you would handle various practical work situations. These questions were sensible and could be answered using common sense.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • How would you deal with practical scenarios you might encounter?
  • I had to wait a long time (almost an hour) between the written test and the HR interview, perhaps to review my written test.
