First, there was an email questionnaire from the recruiter with about ten questions. Then, I had an interview with the hiring manager that was about an hour long and included a mix of behavioral and technical questions. They also asked about my experience listed on my resume.

For Management roles, there are individual and team interviews. For salary positions, there are also individual and team interviews. All department leaders will interview leadership positions. Supervisors will interview up to the director level, and then the VP gives a final approval.

The interview process was standard. They had slow responses but the questions were easy, nothing complicated or surprising. The talent acquisition team was a little flaky, not always scheduling when they said they would and often including the wrong meeting link. There were three interviews and none of them went smoothly. However, the local team I was interviewing with was great.

I applied in early Oct and had a 30-40 minute phone interview with a current program participant before the end of the month. It was a mix of casual questions about me, my interests, and some behavioral questions. After that, I didn't hear anything until early Dec when they called to schedule an onsite interview for the following week. They covered flights and hotel, but I'm waiting on reimbursement for the rental car and food. The onsite involved 12 individual half-hour interviews with VPs, current program participants, and 2 HR reps. Most interviewers asked specific questions about my resume experience and also behavioral questions. You interact with 6-7 other candidates all day. We ate breakfast and lunch with other candidates and program participants. They brought all candidates in over a couple of days. It was well organized. I heard about an offer within 2 weeks.
