First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CureMD.
RCM Executive
My interview at CureMD was really great and I won't forget it. The HR team was professional and friendly, and the technical folks knew their stuff. Everyone seemed to really believe in innovation and teamwork, which is cool. Talking to Sam Anderson was a highlight; he asked really smart questions and was super enthusiastic about CureMD's goals, which made a big impact. The whole thing felt more like a real chat than an interview, which made me feel more confident and even more excited to join such a forward-thinking company.
- What are your main strengths?
- What makes you the best candidate for this role?
Recruitment Manager
I applied and was immediately invited for a video interview. In the meantime, I had to answer ten essay questions, which felt like a lot. The video interview with the hiring manager went well, and I moved on to the second round with another HR person, which also went well. After that, I had to take a psychology/personality test, which was a bit of a hassle, but I passed. Things went quiet for a week or two, and then suddenly, late one afternoon, I got an email asking if I could come in the next morning for a final in-person interview. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it on such short notice. I explained this to the recruiter and offered several alternative times. Again, there was silence. I followed up twice over the next week with little to no response. A week or two later, I saw on LinkedIn that the position had been filled. It felt unprofessional to go through a long and demanding interview process only to be ghosted because I couldn't attend the final round with only 16 hours' notice.
- What motivates you to seek employment with our company?
Artificial Intelligence Intern
So first, you have to tackle the CCAT, which is 50 multiple-choice questions and you get 15 minutes for it. Then there's a Mathematical thinking test that gives you 50 minutes. After that, an Advanced IQ test, also with 50 minutes. Then a Programming test, which should take about 30 minutes. Following that, there's a bunch of game activities: a Sudoku game, a crossword game, and a word search game. And finally, there's an interview.
- Could you complete 50 CCAT multiple-choice questions in 15 minutes?
- How would you approach the mathematical thinking test given 50 minutes?
- What strategies would you use for the advanced IQ test within the 50-minute time limit?
Web Development Bootcamp Trainee
The interview process for this bootcamp training in Lahore in September 2023 had 3 stages. First, a computer-based test with 10 easy questions was given. If you passed, a second, trickier, and longer IQ test followed. This second test had 2 parts, each with 50 questions and a time limit of 60-90 minutes. Preparation for this part can be done by studying kangaroo maths problems. After the IQ tests, there was a final interview which involved writing a 300-word essay and then an HR interview. Although the process went well, I was rejected due to my university's low rating, as they only hire from well-known universities.
- Questions were mostly about logical reasoning, verbal intelligence, and sequence and series.
