First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CureMD.
Business Analyst
It was a pretty strenuous and elaborate process. It's easier if you prep in advance, but may be difficult if you don't know about the industry. Be sure to practice beforehand, so you don't face an issue.
- Can you tell me what you know about the industry?
Business Analyst
It started with an HR screening interview where they asked basic questions about my background, motivation, and salary expectations. Then, there was a screening test with math, logic, and behavioral questions. After that, I had an interview with the manager to assess personality fit, behavioral aspects, and math skills. Finally, I interviewed with the Human Resources Director for further personality-fit and behavioral questions.
- Can you share an instance where you encountered a difficulty and describe your method of overcoming it?
Business Analyst
The interview process was smooth and mainly had open-ended, scenario-based questions. There were two interviews in total, one with the VP Engineering and the other with the Product Management Team.
