Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CureMD.
SQA Engineer
The interview has daily life SQA questions. They were checking what they taught in bootcamp. The main thing they were observing was critical thinking and consistency in your responses. They were focusing on how much you have learned and how you communicate them.
- How would you explain ()? Provide an example ().
SQA Engineer
Applied for a job with an offer to know the results on the same day. Had hr and technical interviews back-to-back within an hour. Waited 1.5 hours for a director interview, which eventually happened after over 3 hours of waiting. Was told I got the job and HR would call within a week with the offer. After 3 weeks with no response, I called and they sent a rejection email, ignoring my calls. Other candidates that day were rejected immediately. It was the worst and most unprofessional experience, involving lying and deception.
- What makes you the best candidate for this position?
SQA Engineer
The interview process was not good. I'm extremely disappointed. They had so many interviews and tests but no conclusion. They didn't send any email after my boot camp test and interview. Then I applied to their extensive test opportunity which was a 5-hour long test but then they said we didn't have a vacancy. Then I tried a 3rd time and I was very disappointed by their behavior and the people working there.
- Their questions were okay and I answered all questions related to SQA, but their process was pathetic.
