First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Culver's.
Second Shift
I scheduled my interview online and picked a date and time that worked for me. When I got there, I told the front person I was there for an interview. I waited about 20 minutes before talking to anyone. The conversation was about 6 minutes long. They said they'd definitely let me know about an offer, but they never did.
- What hours are you interested in working?
Crew Member
The hiring process was a complete waste of my time. I never even got to speak with the main hiring manager. They waited two weeks to call me back after the interview, and by then I had already accepted another job. They informed me that they had decided to go with another candidate.
- Can you tell me about your availability?
- How would you describe your personality type?
Crew Trainer
It was quick and they asked general questions. No tricks, just be ready for basic questions about availability and things like strengths and weaknesses. There will be two interviews. The first one is with the main owner operator, and the second is with the higher-ups who run everything. That second one felt more like a formality, like you're pretty much hired by then.
- Could you share your greatest weakness?
- What is your availability?
- What are your strengths?
Manager
The interview process involved discussing my past work experiences and my availability. The team was very accommodating to find a schedule that worked best for everyone, aiming to create a positive experience. I got a good impression of the company culture and thought it seemed like a nice place to work where I could feel comfortable.
- Can you tell me about your previous employment history?
- Are you open to discussing your previous work experiences?
- How flexible are you with your scheduling?
