I applied online and got an automated email. The next morning, someone from corporate emailed to set up a phone interview. After the phone interview, I was invited for an in-person interview two days later. They said I'd hear back by Friday. On Tuesday, I got an email to meet the GM and owner on Friday. During the second interview, I was seated next to a family. The owner wasn't there because they were busy. The child next to us kept interrupting. They asked about my uniform sizes in case I got hired and mentioned the Assistant Manager title wouldn't be official until after 90 days probation. The GM said they liked me a lot. No one discussed pay or bonuses, and I left still unsure about the position details. They mentioned a decision would be made Tuesday, but I might hear Monday or Tuesday after their meeting, or possibly Monday. Very confusing.
