Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Culver's.
Cashier
I met with the manager, and they spoke to me in a condescending way, like I was a child. They said I seemed like a good fit for the job but that I was too shy. I never heard back from them after that, which was really disappointing.
- Have you worked with our machines before?
- What were you doing for the three months you weren't employed?
Cashier
The interview process was very smooth and they were really straight forward. They asked me work related questions and why I wanted to work there and why I think I’m a great fit for them.
- Why do you want this job?
- Why are you a good candidate?
- General work-related questions
Cashier
I saw them building it across from where my Husband worked and thought to apply. So I applied in person. They gave me an interview that lasted about 10-15 minutes. The General manager and assistant manager were very nice. They described my position and what I would be making very thorough. They were open to letting me work for them considering I was pregnant. Since it was my first job I was offered 8.25 an hour. Only thing is you have to step up and beg for a raise.
- Why did you want to work for Culvers?
