Behavioral Technical

The interview process was easy and straightforward, with two behavioral rounds. They focused on communication, teamwork, and situational judgment. Questions covered past experiences, problem-solving approaches, and how I handle challenges in collaborative environments.

Behavioral Case Other

So the interview process involved a first screening, then a chat with the manager, then we did a group case study, and finally a last interview. It was pretty smooth overall. My tip: make sure you know the company's core values, get ready for some behavioral questions, and be ready to tackle the case study.

Behavioral

I applied online and then emailed a recruiter. It took a few weeks for them to reply, which was a bummer, but I eventually had a phone interview with a recruiter. They asked some basic situational questions, and it was a really nice, relaxed call, not too stressful or demanding. The whole process took quite a while, and they were slow to get back to me. I was really excited about this opportunity, but because they were so slow to respond and disorganized with scheduling, I kind of figured maybe their decision was for the best. Overall, it was a pretty easy process and not too stressful since the questions were pretty standard.

Behavioral Group Case Presentation

Started with a standard 30-min in-person interview with two hiring managers, covering typical first interview questions. Then there was a group interview with 4 other candidates. We spent about 4 hours at the Boom Lab office doing a group project. During the project, we were pulled out individually for 1:1 interviews with other back-office employees. The final interview was a 1:1 with the head of Boom Lab, which was more of an overview of the roles and company rather than a question-heavy interview. They made an offer at the end.
