The interview process was straightforward and quite welcoming. Although I haven't received an offer or a final decision, it definitely feels like a great starting point. I don't have a lot of insight into the day-to-day work environment as an employee, but it's generally said to be a good place for recent college graduates.

Behavioral Group Case

Started with a recruiter chat at a job fair, followed by a 1-on-1 Facetime interview. Then, I got invited to a group case study interview. A few days later, I had a third and "final" interview in the office. I was told who I'd meet and what topics to expect, but ended up talking to someone else who wasn't prepared. They didn't cover the expected topics, and I didn't know when to expect to hear back. I had to chase the recruiter for info, and was told I'd get instructions within a certain number of days. On that day, I got a notice that the hiring process was paused for a month, and I'd be updated after that. It started out promising but became chaotic and unclear. The company claims to be great for employees but wasn't professional or respectful of my time.

Behavioral Group Presentation

So, the interview process had 3 parts. First, I met with two recruiters on campus and we talked about standard stuff. Then, we did a group case study with four of us, just to see how we work together. There was also a 30-minute one-on-one chat during that part. The final round was another one-on-one, this time with the head recruiter.
