It was a first round interview that only lasted 15 minutes. I have an MBA and a bachelor's degree. The other person in the interview besides the HR representative had only graduated from high school. It felt like a huge red flag, How could we both be qualified for the same position?

Interview process went horrible, I was bounced around multiple people, there was an extreme lack of professional courtesy as they were late to the interview and didn't call to confirm the interview until It was already past the allocated time for it. No questions about myself, it was just telling me what the business is, as if they were trying to sell me the job.

Behavioral Presentation Other

The first interview was at the office, mostly to see if I was a good fit. Then, for the second interview, we met at a Meijer. I had to dress business professional for what they called a 'marketing event,' which was basically standing at a booth in the back of the store for a cleaning product. Afterward, we sat at a Starbucks, and they explained a 6-8 month training program with performance-based levels. It felt like a lot and a bit of a scam given what I saw, really weird, almost like a pyramid scheme.
