First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Credence Innovations.
Marketing Assistant
The interview process felt unprofessional and sketchy. They sent me an email to schedule an interview, but after checking their website, I couldn't find any details about their actual business operations. All communication via email was unprofessional and sketchy, and they didn't even use my name.
- They requested a phone interview with less than 24 hours' notice, how did you manage that?
- After confirming a time, they emailed back late with the confirmation. How did you handle this?
Marketing Representative
The interview process for this job came in two rounds. If you made it through round one you would have a second interview with more information regarding the job. However, the first and second interviews have many contradictions. In the first interview I was told the job was hourly the second interview I was told $10/hr with commission.
- Describe a time you had to resolve a conflict with a coworker.
Marketing Assistant
It was a multi-stage interview process. They were really professional and nice. The whole thing took about a week, with all the interviews. They kept me in the loop about everything and were clear about the job and what they were looking for.
- What makes you enthusiastic about starting a new role?
