Customer Service Representative
It was a two-round interview process. The first interview was with the owner, and the second was with a campaign manager. Both interviewers were really nice, confident women who clearly love their jobs. It's nice to see people so positive at work.
- Are you confident you can take on a leadership role after your training?
Customer Service Representative
The interview was very positive and personal. The interviewer was professional and wanted to learn about me and my background. She then shared information about the company and its long-term success. She also explained the reason for the current hiring. I was very impressed with the company overall.
- Could you please start by telling me about yourself and your previous work experience?
Customer Service Representative
The interview has five parts: first we get to know each other, then we talk about your background, after that I'll ask you some questions about the job, then we'll discuss if you're a good fit, and finally we'll talk about what happens next.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
- What's prompting your job search at this time?
