There were two initial zoom interviews, followed by an in-person interview and office tour at their location. The process was easy and friendly, with helpful and kind interviewers, though they were a bit hard to read.

There were 3 interviews before the offer. The first interview was in the office for initial screening, then an onsite interview with a "specialist", and the final interview was back in the office. I attended the initial interview and the interviewers were very friendly. It seemed like I was the only other person in the office besides the front desk staff and the interviewer. When I went for the interview, the conference room was apparently in use, so the interview took place elsewhere. The interview itself was easy and the interviewer was nice. They mentioned they would call me later that day if I progressed. I received the call and agreed to an onsite interview. I found it a bit strange that I could hardly find any information about the company, even though they claim to "work" with Fortune 500 companies. While waiting in my car at their event location (Walmart), I tried to find more details. I looked online. I didn't really believe it until the lady who met me told me I was one of the "10 of 200 who moved on," similar to another reviewer's experience. We ended up talking in a Subway because the Walmart conference room was again in use (which seemed like an excuse). When she took me to the "event," her associate was apparently on a break (I could tell she was working the desk). I started feeling more and more embarrassed and angry, and then we returned to the Subway to continue talking. In the previous interview, I was told I would be making $39,000+ annually, but in this meeting, she stated I would be paid hourly with 18% commission on sales. She informed me I would be contacted the next day, and as we were leaving, her associate still hadn't returned to the "event." Throughout the process, they changed the job description multiple times. I was contacted the next day but decided to decline the third interview. This role seems like a minimum wage job suitable for high school students, and the pay reflects that. Hourly, it would amount to $300 per week IF you work 40 hours.
