Full Stack Developer
I had a screening interview, then another screening interview. The first was a 30-minute chat, and the second was more of an organizational deep dive for about an hour. Both involved self-presentation and discussing your career. I was surprisingly rejected after the second interview, before even getting to a technical interview. When I asked for feedback, they didn't respond, which was disappointing given their emphasis on self-growth in their presentation.

The hiring journey at raises some flags that potential candidates, especially neurodiverse ones, should know about. First, the initial chat with an internal recruiter is pretty vague about what kind of questions to expect, making it tough to prep. Also, the hiring managers in the second round seem inexperienced, and they fire off a ton of questions without much direction. Even though they say it's a fast-paced place, they seem to lean towards hiring folks with Salesforce backgrounds, ignoring other skills. It's a good idea to check out what people leaving the sales team are saying, as that gives a real picture of the job. So, do your homework before applying.
- Can you describe your approach to advocating for someone who is at a disadvantage?
Product Owner
The interview process was quite extensive, involving several steps like an HR interview, a meeting with the team lead, and a case study. My presentation during the case study review went well, and the manager confirmed my recommendations were on point. The last step was a chat with the CPO, who seemed distracted and barely paid attention to me, which was a bummer. Even though I got good feedback all along, they sent a standard rejection email, saying they were moving forward with other candidates, without any specific feedback.
- Could you present your case study concerning a Web-Based Financial Management Platform?
Account Executive
I had several interviews with different roles in the organization, at the beginning the HR recruiter was very clear with the expectations of the role and the steps of the selection process, they were in contact with me the whole process and ready to answer questions. As it was for a Sales position, all the questions and presentations requested were aligned to a standard Sales Role interview. It's worth mentioning that all the interviewers were very respectful and professional, which makes me feel it is a great company to work
