Customer Success Manager
Weird process. They invited me to interview and it felt like they just wanted to get numbers on my current org. I didn't want to share that info in a screening interview. Funny how I got an email back after that saying, 'I regret to inform you that due to changes in our organizational needs, the position for which you applied is no longer available.'
- What's your current ARR and the number of customers you manage?
Customer Success Manager
I really appreciate how Creatio structured the interview process – it's like they want to bring out the best in you, giving a chance to showcase what makes you unique. Each stage of the interview feels like a growth opportunity, both personally and professionally. It's a process that encourages you to learn and show your best self. What I love about the interviews is how collaborative and insightful they are. It's not just about ticking boxes; it's about finding individuals who can contribute positively to the team. From the first contact to the final interview, you get this sense that they want you to succeed. It's like they've crafted the process to empower you, providing a space where you can really shine and show your potential.
- How do you approach building and nurturing robust customer relationships?
- Could you describe a difficult customer scenario you managed to resolve effectively?
- What methods do you use to coordinate with different teams to guarantee customer satisfaction?
Customer Success Manager
The interview had about three to four steps. First, a recruiter call, then a chat with the hiring manager, followed by an assessment, and finally a presentation of that assessment. I got to the assessment part, but it felt disconnected from the actual role. They provided instructions, but it was very self-directed. The people were nice, but the communication from TA/recruiting side could be better – like responding to candidate messages instead of just canceling calls without even a courtesy note.
- What motivates you to seek a new position?
