Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Creatio.
Enterprise Account Executive
The hiring journey at raises some flags that potential candidates, especially neurodiverse ones, should know about. First, the initial chat with an internal recruiter is pretty vague about what kind of questions to expect, making it tough to prep. Also, the hiring managers in the second round seem inexperienced, and they fire off a ton of questions without much direction. Even though they say it's a fast-paced place, they seem to lean towards hiring folks with Salesforce backgrounds, ignoring other skills. It's a good idea to check out what people leaving the sales team are saying, as that gives a real picture of the job. So, do your homework before applying.
- Can you describe your approach to advocating for someone who is at a disadvantage?
Account Executive
It started with a chill recruiter call, then a bunch of interviews with different bosses like the direct manager and the VP. I also had to do 2 or 3 business cases that took forever to prep because I had to learn all about Creatio’s stuff and how they sell. Then, there was a Q&A planned with the CEO, but he couldn't make it, so the recruiter recorded it instead. The CEO did eventually meet with me for a final session to check me out himself since the process went so well. After **8 interviews** and over **three months** of this, they told me my salary was approved and we were ready for the offer. But then, the CEO nixed me because my experience was too broad, not specifically focused on Creatio’s products. They could've figured that out in the **first or second interview**! It felt like a waste of my time and got my hopes up, just to get rejected by the CEO for something that could have been sorted way earlier. Funny thing is, the CEO liked my recorded Q&A, and I nailed all the business cases and other interviews. The reason they gave was actually proof of my wide-ranging expertise in tech and with enterprise clients, not a limitation.

Account Executive
I had several interviews with different roles in the organization, at the beginning the HR recruiter was very clear with the expectations of the role and the steps of the selection process, they were in contact with me the whole process and ready to answer questions. As it was for a Sales position, all the questions and presentations requested were aligned to a standard Sales Role interview. It's worth mentioning that all the interviewers were very respectful and professional, which makes me feel it is a great company to work
