Business Development Representative
I spoke with the manager via zoom, then had an in person interview where I presented a case study. It was a good experience with clear communication. The case study was manageable, just remember to write it as if you're actively trying to get an outbound lead.
- Can you talk about your past work experience?
Business Development Representative
My interview process happened over about a month. It began with an intro call to get a feel for the role and company, then I had 4 more interviews with the Sales Enablement and Business Development teams. It showed me they were really trying to pick the best candidate, so I knew every interview was important and the search for the right person is something I value in a company. Overall, it was a great experience. All interviews were online, except for one which was in the Boston office, giving me a taste of the office environment.
- Tell me about a project you came up with and carried out in a past job.
Business Development Representative
It was four stages. The first stage was with the office manager, learning a little about me. Second was with the regional director, who got to know more about me and my motivation. He also asked me how I would explain Creatio to a friend or family member. The third stage was with the Chief Growth Officer, who was fantastic. Final interview was with my direct manager, and her direct manager. There was a mock phone call.
