I was reached out to directly about a Sr Compliance Specialist job and we set up a time to chat. The hiring process was pretty put-together, moved along fast, and was super respectful of my time. It had two interview rounds with two VPs. The first week I got the invite to interview. The second week, both interviews happened. By the third week, they told me their decision and gave me an offer. I officially said yes in the fourth week. It took about a month from when they first contacted me to when I accepted. Interviews can be nerve-wracking, but both of mine were pretty chill. The talks let me really dig into my work history beyond just what was on my resume. I really liked how they kept in touch and how everyone was so considerate of my schedule. I've been here a bit now and really like my job. This has been a good career move for me and a positive step forward.

First, I had a call with the recruiter. After that, I did a Spark Hire video interview where I had to answer about 3-5 questions. These questions were about basic Cloud Security Architect stuff and also some stuff about the company.

The interview process was very lengthy. I got an initial one-way video assessment on April 18. The second round was on June 12 (almost two months later). The first round had very basic questions like why you want to work with Crawford, challenges at work, how you prioritize tasks, and compensation. The second round was a joke; the interviewer was in a hurry and only took 10 minutes, even though 45 minutes were scheduled. It was supposed to be technical, but the questions were very generic about teamwork in past experiences.

The interview process was very straightforward, direct, and humane. It wasn't complicated, just got straight to the point without any arrogance or rudeness. It was very humanized and kind, which is different from what's been happening in the market. It's important to recognize the quality of this process.
