First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Crawford & Company.
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was multi-step, starting with an online application and a phone call. Then there was an in-person interview that included questions about company knowledge, situation-based questions, and conflict resolution cases. There was also a mock trial of typing speed and an FNOL claim mock trial. My advice is to do your research, be yourself, and practice a lot before the interview. It's a great company to start in the insurance industry, and it's great for students and part-time job seekers.
- What do you know about the company and what are your reasons for choosing it?
Customer Service Representative
It was a one-way video interview, which was a bit uncomfortable because you're talking to yourself and recording it. There were less than 10 questions. Some of them I could re-record several times. You see questions on the screen and have to answer them.
- Why do you want to work for Crowford?
- When can you start working?
- What are your strengths?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was smooth and everyone was friendly. It started with a basic phone interview and then moved to an in-person interview. You'll be interviewed by an HR representative and the person who trains employees.
- Tell me about your experience.
- Why are you interested in this role?
