The interview process was very lengthy. I got an initial one-way video assessment on April 18. The second round was on June 12 (almost two months later). The first round had very basic questions like why you want to work with Crawford, challenges at work, how you prioritize tasks, and compensation. The second round was a joke; the interviewer was in a hurry and only took 10 minutes, even though 45 minutes were scheduled. It was supposed to be technical, but the questions were very generic about teamwork in past experiences.

First, there was a one-way interview where I had to record video answers to 5 questions. Then, a panel technical interview happened. The interviewers really focused on my lack of required experience for the role. About halfway through, I decided I didn't care anymore. It was pretty surprising to give a candidate such a hard time without even a recruiter call first to build interest in the role.

It was challenging but fun and a bit nerve-wracking, though the interviewers were helpful and nice. The process included an initial interview, a live coding assessment, a next-level interview, and a final interview at GBSC.
