Tive duas entrevistas, uma com o RH e outra com o coordenador. A do RH não foi muito boa, a recrutadora foi superficial e fez as perguntas rápido, encerrando logo pois tinha outra agenda, dizendo que era o suficiente. Já com o coordenador foi ótimo, ele soube conduzir bem a conversa e explicar o contexto da área. A resposta demorou mais de um mês, e eu não fui selecionada, recebi um e-mail padrão de negativa.

It was an organized process with a few steps. First, I spoke with HR, then with the area managers. One of the positions involved a technical case study to assess my knowledge. Although I wasn't approved for that specific role, I was recommended for another position at the company that better matched my skills and profile, and I got a positive response for that one.

I applied for the job through the company's online platform. The company's HR contacted me 15 days later via WhatsApp, scheduling an online interview for the next day. During the interview with HR, they explained the job profile and asked about my past experience. The HR person said they would pass my profile to the managers and never contacted me again, even though they said they would regardless of the outcome.

I applied online and after some time, I was called for a chat. The interviewer was in Campinas and the interview was online. The guy was polite but it was clear he didn't know much about the role or the sector. He told me to message him on WhatsApp if I had any questions, but he didn't reply when I did. I didn't get any feedback or response, which shows a lack of professional courtesy from HR towards candidates. If you're interviewing with this person, be aware of this lack of professional consideration.
