It was an organized process with a few steps. First, I spoke with HR, then with the area managers. One of the positions involved a technical case study to assess my knowledge. Although I wasn't approved for that specific role, I was recommended for another position at the company that better matched my skills and profile, and I got a positive response for that one.

It was a two-step process. The first step was with an HR person who asked basic questions to see if my profile fit. The second step was with 6 Managers from different areas, and they wanted to know about my interests and knowledge. Both lasted about 30 minutes.

First, I was contacted by HR who explained the position but didn't disclose benefits or salary. The interview was by phone, not chat or WhatsApp. I moved to the second phase and had an interview with the area manager, which was nice. We chatted for about 40 minutes, but still, no benefits or salary were revealed. Only after I was classified in this second interview, the recruiter called me and said I had been approved and revealed benefits and salary. However, because I am working, the salary wasn't worth accepting. In my opinion, they should reveal everything upfront so the candidate can choose whether to proceed or not, and also not take up the recruiter's time throughout the process, making space for new candidates.
