Fui contatada pelo RH para uma entrevista inicial. Depois disso, agendaram uma entrevista com o gestor da área, que ficou bem interessado e me chamou para uma entrevista presencial com o gestor dele em Campinas. Fui lá, fiz a entrevista, e depois disso nunca mais tive retorno da CPFL. Perdi meu tempo e dinheiro em 3 entrevistas e não obtive nenhuma resposta, o que considero uma falta de respeito.

I applied online and after some time, I was called for a chat. The interviewer was in Campinas and the interview was online. The guy was polite but it was clear he didn't know much about the role or the sector. He told me to message him on WhatsApp if I had any questions, but he didn't reply when I did. I didn't get any feedback or response, which shows a lack of professional courtesy from HR towards candidates. If you're interviewing with this person, be aware of this lack of professional consideration.
