Business Consultant
First, HR screens your resume to check experience, profile, and if you fit the role. Then, there's an initial interview, usually with HR, focusing on your background, motivation, culture fit, and salary expectations. After that, a technical/functional interview to assess your area knowledge, problem-solving skills, maybe with cases or tests. Next, an interview with the manager or a panel, covering behavioral aspects, team fit, and the job's challenges. Finally, the offer stage, with feedback, negotiation, and next steps.
- Can you describe a team conflict and how you resolved it?
Software Engineer
It was an easy interview process overall. They started with a coding question, and then went into more in-depth questions about my current experience. The focus was heavily on .NET and Angular. They asked about Ng model, debugging, logging, system design, and the factory design pattern. I was also asked about my most recent project and my familiarity with Copilot.
- Could you elaborate on your experience with Ng model in Angular?
- Could you perform a live code review for me in .NET?
- Can you describe a system design you are familiar with?
Production Assistant
Initial screening to confirm resume info and check candidate motivation. Then a behavioral interview, usually with process leaders or managers, covering teamwork, problem-solving, and company values. Sometimes two leaders interview together, discussing salary, benefits, and growth. In some cases, you'll need to formally present yourself, highlighting your experience and goals.
- Have you worked on a production line before, and how do you handle repetitive tasks and tight deadlines?
Intern
The interview process was pretty tough, with a lot of code questions focused on machine learning stuff. There was a panel interview with 4 people, and they also asked some behavioral questions. They really wanted to see if you knew your algorithms, data preprocessing, and how to evaluate models. The panel grilled us on technical skills with problem-solving and coding, but also checked our soft skills with behavioral questions about teamwork and handling issues. They wanted to get a full picture of both technical ability and if we'd fit in.
- Which library would you recommend as the best for image recognition tasks?
