Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Corteva Agriscience.
Customer Service Representative
The selection process wasn't my favorite. It felt quite superficial and didn't really get to showcase my potential as a candidate. However, they did give me a lot of freedom to share my entire background. I went through 2 stages, one with HR and another with the leadership team.
- How do you handle pressure?
Customer Service Representative
It included 2 panel interviews. The interviewers were more interested in getting to know you as a person rather than focusing on your professional achievements. They wanted to see how you would fit into a larger team and contribute to the bigger picture. They made it a point to ask only open-ended questions designed to encourage discussion. Both interviews lasted about 45 minutes each. Topics covered included characteristics/tendencies, specific examples of past situations, and any knowledge or background in agriculture or sales.
- Describe a situation where you helped resolve a conflict among your coworkers.
Customer Experience Specialist
The interview was relaxed. A case study was presented. The coordination team managed the process well. HR was involved and gave feedback. The response time was fast. I just wish there were more explanations about the role.
- What are your motivations for seeking employment at this company?
- Could you identify areas where you see potential for personal growth and development?
