The interview process was pretty tough, with a lot of code questions focused on machine learning stuff. There was a panel interview with 4 people, and they also asked some behavioral questions. They really wanted to see if you knew your algorithms, data preprocessing, and how to evaluate models. The panel grilled us on technical skills with problem-solving and coding, but also checked our soft skills with behavioral questions about teamwork and handling issues. They wanted to get a full picture of both technical ability and if we'd fit in.
