It was a chill and fun interview. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and asked me about Linux, shell scripting, and Python basics. The interview was about 30 minutes long, and they also talked about the company's work culture and motto.

Technical Coding System Design

The interview process for this Java role involved two rounds for a senior Java developer position on a contract-to-hire basis. The interviews were conducted on the same day, and the questions were standard. They don't release the offer, so it feels like a waste of time. Contract-to-hire positions aren't always for the same names/companies, so I wouldn't recommend joining contract-to-hire.

A gerente do departamento conversou comigo.

I'm not sure if the interview process was a scam, there are three rounds. The first is HR, the second is an assessment, and the third is Operations. Before that, there is a brief introduction with a person who checks your communication. They first spoke to me nicely and made me feel comfortable, then the assessment was conducted. I cleared it. The assessment is recorded via cam and they record you for the entire assessment. Then they called me for the operations round. Here is where they flip. They take the interview and then give some small excuse to reject you. When asked for the reason, the POC said there are many reasons. When I asked for one, they couldn't give a good reason. The HR was ok with my resume, but then Operations was not ok. The HR round is conducted before the assessment. Once you give the assessment, which I believe they need, then they try to find something to reject is what happened to me as a very bad experience. The Manager was rude and very egoistic. I felt that he had made up his mind not to hire but had no logical reason, as they should not conduct the interview if they are not satisfied with the resume. It was a waste of time for me.
