Had 4 interviews total, they added a new person each time. First two were pretty standard, asking about my leadership, education, and skills. The third one was technical, but the fourth felt unnecessary as they asked the same stuff again. Never heard back after the 4 interviews, so I guess I didn't get picked. I tried reaching out but got ghosted.

Had a 1hr interview that started with chatting about my resume. Then they asked some basic frontend and Java questions, followed by a couple of coding questions which I solved. At the end, the interviewer told me about their tech stack.

It was a good experience overall; the hiring manager and team were very nice and professional. Just be ready for it to take about 3-4 hours and involve 3-4 rounds. It's a good idea to bring a printed copy of your resume and have a basic understanding of what Copart does.
