It was a simple interview for a work-from-home job. They discussed the duties and expectations and asked some basic interview questions. It was a phone interview because it was a remote position at the time. The interview was conducted over TEAMS video.

My interview experience was not great, and I was relieved when I didn't hear back. They made me wait a long time. Eventually, three managers showed up. I'm trans-nonbinary, and they seemed really out of touch. They repeatedly assumed I was 'miss,' which was very uncomfortable. They also falsely claimed they would inform me of their decision regardless of the outcome, but I never heard back. The environment felt toxic, despite their insistence that 'everyone here is happy and being friends is important.'

First, I had a phone interview with the general manager. They asked me if I could handle multi-tasking and a lot of phone calls. After that, I had a face-to-face interview with the office manager. In that interview, they asked again about multi-tasking and how I handle pressure. The third interview was with a title clerk and the head CSR. They also asked about handling pressure, multi-tasking, and phone calls.
