It featured a panel of 3 interviewers. The difficulty seemed to hinge on how well you prepared. Some questions involved hypothetical work scenarios.

Took 2 weeks to get an interview with HR. The interview went well with common questions on experience and background. The interviewer did not turn on camera. The second interview was with manager and she asked behavioral questions. I was told that I will get a third interview but never received a response. I sent several emails on an update and I was ignored. It would have been courteous and professional to reply back since I completed 2 interviews.

I applied for a Generating Station Clerk role in late 2024. After a few weeks, a recruiter emailed me for an initial email interview with about 7 questions. I sent back my answers, and again, weeks passed with no response. Then, I received an email about a mandatory 2-hour math, reading, and computer skills test. The testing took place at a hard-to-find, rundown spot in a sketchy area, in a tiny, cramped office with outdated decor. It felt really unprofessional. The skills test itself seemed ancient, like something from a 1990s temp agency, with tasks like alphabetizing files and basic Microsoft Word functions. I was told I'd get the results in a few days. They emailed them, saying I passed and that a recruiter would be in touch about next steps. More weeks went by with no contact, so I reached out for an update and was told they'd already filled the position. So, I wasted my time with that pointless test, passed it, and still didn't even get an interview. Totally frustrating.

An internal recruiter reached out on LinkedIn. We discussed the role, specifically looking for someone who could handle chilling towers and other building infrastructure. The recruiter mentioned setting up an interview with the director. After a few days without an update, I followed up. I was ghosted. I then contacted the hiring manager, asking if they could ask the recruiter to give me an update one way or the other. I was ghosted again.
